Taurus Full Moon

On November 14th the moon will rise in the sign of Taurus as a Super Full Moon.

The November full moon is extra poignant because it is the closest perigee full moon in about 68 years. The next time another super moon this large occurs will not be for another 18 years (November 25, 2034).  This is the second full moon in a triad (cycle of three full moons), with the last super moon occurring in December (December 14th).

The close proximity of the moon creates a larger than life impact on nature and us humans as a part of nature.  Understanding that our bodies are majority water we can look to how the moon affects the ocean tides as an analogy to how it affects us. During perigee moon’s spring tides develop where the high tides are exceptionally high and the low tides are very low. To further understand how the Supermoon will impact us we look to the zodiac sign the moon rises in – Taurus.
